Mads' Miracles

Mads' Miracles

Mads’ Miracles was founded by Madeline Gross, a passionate fighter and healer. As a dedicated nurse in the pediatric oncology unit at Albany Medical Center, Madeline has devoted her career to caring for children during their cancer journeys, providing them with the courage and compassion they need to face such formidable challenges.

In a profound and challenging twist of fate, Madeline began her own battle with cancer in March 2025. She has approached this journey with the same strength and resilience that she has inspired in countless young lives.

In June 2025, Mads’ Miracles was established to extend this spirit of kindness to newly diagnosed patients and their families.

Mads’ Miracles is dedicated to providing care, comfort, and distraction for both patients and their families throughout their cancer journeys.

Our Story

Our Mission

Mads' Miracles is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families navigating a cancer diagnosis or hardship by providing compassionate, practical, and community-centered support. Founded in 2025 by Madeline Gross — an ovarian cancer survivor and pediatric oncology nurse — the organization was born from firsthand knowledge of what it means to face cancer both as a patient and as a caregiver.

Mads' Miracles fulfills its charitable mission by delivering care packages, financial assistance, and meaningful acts of kindness to cancer patients and their families during treatment. The organization also builds partnerships with local hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations to expand access to support and resources across the Capital Region of New York.
